Our office is proud to announce its third award at the latest Shippax Conference.
The conversion of Ro-Ro/ Pass. SMYRNA DI LEVANTE was awarded as “one of the most impressive and successful conversions of Ro-Pax seen in the recent past” at the 3-days Conference that took place on 24-26th of April on board CRUISE BARCELONA.
The conversion of SMYRNA DI LEVANTE outlines the lifecycle management potential that vessels of such age can bear.
This year marked also the first time we actively participated in the Conference. One of the main subjects discussed during the event and “The Architects’ & Designers’ ” panel which we had the honor of participating with some of the largest shipyards and recognized companies in the shipping sector, discussing how a more sustainable future in the Passenger Shipping Industry can be achieved or assisted through not only by designing new, but also converting older vessels.
With the SHIPPAX 2023 Conference and accompanying events well etched into memory, we now look forward to more such memories in the future.
